Product Detail

1.ZJF Series Spring Powder Feeder Introduction
The ZJF series spring powder feeder adopts the principle of spiral conveying, and uses the rotation of the steel wire spring to transport the plastic raw materials from the storage box to the hopper of the plastic forming host until it is full; when the material level switch sends out a full material signal, the feeding is stopped. After the material level drops to a certain position, the material level switch sends out a signal to continue feeding; this repeats the cycle to realize feeding automation.
The machine is mainly applicable to the feeding of various plastic powders and particles. It is used together with the plastic molding host (such as extruder and injection molding machine). It has the advantages of simplified operation, stable performance, saving manpower, improving labor conditions, large conveying capacity and long service life.
