Fangli PVC-O Pipe Extrusion Line utilizes a one-step inline production technology to manufacture biaxially oriented pipes. The production line is equipped with specially designed and optimized professional equipment for producing PVC-O pipes, including: extruder and die, vacuum tank, haul-off unit, oven, heating furnace, stretching unit, cutter, and online belling machine. The complete production line is provided with an integrated full-process control system.

● 36L/D parallel twin-screw design tailored for the high-efficiency plasticizing requirements of PVC-O formulations, achieving efficient plasticization and uniform mixing to ensure stable melt extrusion;
● Die with dual-compression flow channel and zoned independent temperature control to eliminate weld lines, optimize pipe wall thickness uniformity, and enhance physical strength;
● Single-chamber vacuum tank equipped with automatic water level and temperature control systems for a consistently stable sizing process; Combined hot air + infrared temperature control ensures uniform temperature of the parison;
● Servo-controlled haul-off system supports synchronized clamping and dual-caterpillar enhanced traction, meeting complex process requirements such as thin-wall and expansion, ensuring high forming quality;
● Air-expanding, low-friction orientation and stretching technology, coupled with circulating water cooling, achieves rapid sizing and smooth inner wall, resulting in excellent product consistency;
● Servo planetary cutting technology delivers uniform chamfering, especially suitable for thin-wall pipe processing, with easy changeovers to enhance production flexibility;
● Integrated heating and belling structure provides circulating and uniform heating to promote molecular orientation, enhancing the strength, toughness, and fatigue resistance of the pipe end.
