I Loss-in-Weight Feeder
Weekly
· Clean dust from the device body and base; check the load cell is securely mounted and free from contact with other objects.
· Every two weeksCheck the weighing accuracy and recalibrate promptly if any deviation is found.
II Gearbox
Every 4 weeks
· Check any abnormal noise from bearing during operation for preditict fault detection.
· Clean cooling water and oil circuit filter screens to maintain unobstructed flow.
Gear oil replacement
· Every 3000 operating hours.
III Electric Cabinet
Daily
· Remove dust on heating elements.
Weekly
· Clean filter screens of electrical cabinets.
Every two weeks
· Clean dust inside electrical cabinets — 80% of electrical failures are caused by poor heat dissipation.
IV Screw & Barrel
Every 2–3 months
· Based on the calcium content in the formulation, it is recommended to check the clearance between the screw and barrel every 2–3 months to keep it within the acceptable range.
V Pipe Head & Calibrators
Die body, die lips and calibrators are precision components. Improper protection during shutdowns can easily cause rust or impact damage.
Upon shutdown
· Apply anti-rust oil and wrap with protective film.
VI Vacuum Tank

· Clean the water tank and filter screens.
· Lubricate the front and rear screws of moving part.
VII Haul-off Unit
· Every two weeksLubricate internal track gears.

VIII Cutter

· Regularly add lubricant to pneumatic components.

· Lubricate rotating assemblies.

· Check tension of the drive belt.
IX Socketing Machine

· Regularly lubricate pneumatic components and transmission parts.
· Regularly inspect load cell mounting to ensure no other objects contact.
X Compound mixer: Regular Inspection of Wear and Seals

· Lubricate bearing housings with grease every 300 operating hours.

· Check the condition of sealing gaskets on the discharge valve.
