I. Rigid  polyvinyl chloride (PVC-U) pipes for water supply Non lead salt stabilizer

PVC refers to polyvinyl chloride, and PVC-U refers to rigid polyvinyl chloride. PVC is a kind of plastic, which is harmful to human body because most of the lead salt is added in production. Only a small part of those without lead salt can be used as environmental protection water supply pipes for water supply.

PVC-U pipe is made of sanitary polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin as the main raw material, added with an appropriate amount of stabilizer, lubricant, filler and color enhancer, extruded by plastic extruder and injection molded by injection molding machine, and completed the production of pipes and pipe fittings through cooling, curing, shaping, inspection, packaging and other processes. It is an ideal material for building water supply and drainage.

Unplasticized polyvinyl chloride pipes for buried sewage and wastewater are produced by extrusion with PVC resin as the main raw material and necessary additives. UPVC pipes for buried sewage and waste water can be divided into elastic sealing ring connecting pipes according to different connection modesφ 110mm- φ 630mm) and adhesive connecting pipeφ 110mm- φ 200mm)。 Considering the chemical resistance and heat resistance of materials, pipes for buried sewage and wastewater can also be used as industrial drainage pipes.

Bubbles, sand holes, obvious impurities and irregular ripples are not allowed on the inner and outer walls of the pipe. Both ends of the pipe shall be flat and perpendicular to the axis. The color of pipes shall be uniform. The inner and outer walls of the concave part of the pipe shall be closely welded without separation.
