Here wed like to introduce you a new process of steel wire wound reinforced PE composite pipe extrusion Line.

 

Steel Wire Wound Reinforced Plastic PE Composite Pipe is a kind of steel wire winding reinforced plastic pipe material, comprise high density polyethylene (HDPE) internal layer, outside described high density polyethylene (HDPE) internal layer, it is outer that from-inner-to-outer is coated with strengthen unit, the netted winding layer of steel wire and high density polyethylene (HDPE) successively.

 

The combination of high-strength steel and PE plastic makes full use of the physical, chemical and mechanical advantages of steel and plastic, and complements each other in performance, forming a new type of green pipe with the advantages of both steel pipe and PE pipe. While keeping the PE pipe clean, sanitary, rust-free and flexible, it also has the high pressure resistance characteristics of the steel pipe.

 

When the pipe has the same caliber and the same flow rate, the water and electricity consumption is reduced by more than 30% compared with ordinary PE plastic pipes. It is an ideal energy-saving and emission-reduction product. Especially for irrigation, agriculture and efficient water-saving irrigation, rural drinking water supply, municipal water supply and drainage and mining, oil and other water projects.

 

In recent years, as the demand for pressure pipelines such as long-distance pipelines and urban gas pipelines has increased significantly, a new kind of steel-plastic composite pipe-polyethylene steel wire skeleton reinforced plastic composite pipe has emerged as the times require, which is ordinary plastic pipe. Or metal pipes are ideal substitute products, which have application prospects in oil and gas fields, power engineering, chemical industry, water supply and drainage and other fields.


 

Process:

1. Extrusion: FLSJ-G series High-efficiency Single Screw Extruder for extruding the internal PE pipe

1. Sizing: The pipes coming out from the extruder is cooled in the sizing operation. There are

basically two types of sizing used for manufacturing of pipes. They are (i) Pressure sizing & (ii)

Vacuum sizing.

2. Cooling: Spray cooling tank

3. Steel Wire Winding;

4. Extrusion: High-efficiency Single Screw Extruder and die-head for extruding the external layer

5. Cooling: spray cooling tank

6. Traction: The next operation needed after sizing is traction. The pipe traction unit is required for continuous haulage of the pipes being extruded by the extruder.

7. Cutting: Planetary Cutting Machine. There are basically two cutting techniques for pipes viz. manual and automatic.

8. Laser printing;

9. Storage: pipe tipping table
