Product Highlights
· Suitable for the high-speed production of PPR (random copolymer polypropylene) pipes below Ø32 mm, with a stable production speed of ≥ 2 × 20 m/min.
· Compared with a single-output production line, the floor area is almost the same, while the output is more than twice that of a single-output line.
· Adopts a 36:1 L/D ratio screw based on German technology, equipped with a specially grooved feeding section. It delivers high stability, high output, low melt temperature, and reliable high-speed extrusion with different raw materials. Energy consumption averages 260 kWh/T.
· Uses a flexible heavy-duty coupling, providing a long service life and easy replacement and maintenance.
· Heating rings adopt ceramic heating elements with dust-proof heat preservation covers, contributing to energy savings and environmental protection.
· Equipped with a German Siemens control system. The entire line uses digital communication with strong anti-interference capability. Highly integrated control covers meter weight, side feeding, energy consumption, marking machine, and more. Ethernet communication enables centralized display of complete process data and full openness to external systems, meeting the data collection requirements of Industry 4.0 smart factories. The operating system is simple and user-friendly, making it easy for workers to operate.
· Optimized high-yield spiral structure die, made of high-quality forged alloy steel 42CrMo. The core mold adopts a two-stage design, which is easy to replace and helps reduce scrap rate.
· Split-type vacuum tank with independent control on each side. The uniquely designed circulating water circuit provides high cooling efficiency. Equipped with a vacuum frequency conversion automatic adjustment system for efficient, energy-saving production. Immersion cooling, combined with a dedicated high-speed sizing sleeve, ensures stable production.
· Integrated dual-pipe haul-off and cutting design saves space and facilitates operation. Servo motors and servo control systems enable independent closed-loop control of the upper and lower crawlers. The uniquely designed ultra-long-life front steel blade ensures smooth pipe cross-sections.
· Stable and reliable equipment performance. The whole line features integrated meter-weight control and realizes dual meter-weight control. It can be equipped with fully automatic cap packaging equipment, achieving a high degree of automation.
