Fangli Technology Open Day will be on April 25th




Ningbo Fangli Technology Co., Ltd. is a mechanical equipment manufacturer with nearly 30 years’ experiences of plastic pipe extrusion equipment, new environmental protection and new materials equipment. Since its establishment Fangli has been developed based on user’s demands. Through continuous improvement, independent R&D on the core technology and digestion & absorption of advanced technology and other means, we have developed PVC pipe extrusion line, PP-R pipe extrusion line, PE water supply / gas pipe extrusion line, which was recommended by the Chinese Ministry of Construction to replace imported products. We have gained the title of “First-class Brand in Zhejiang Province”.


During the CHINAPLAS 2024 show (Apr. 23rd to 26th ), in order to further demonstrate the excellent quality of Ningbo Fangli's products, Fangli will conduct a start-up demonstration of PE1600 pipe extrusion line at the Ningbo factory, and will also dispaly a number of different pipe extrusion equipment (such as PVC315 parallel twin screws extruder extrusion line, PE-RT 32 four layers extrusion line, PVC75 dual-strand pipe extrusion line, etc.). ·Adopting an exclusive configuration of “GRAEWE·FANGLI” brand to ensure high efficient and stable extrusion

· Configured with high-efficiency single crew extruder, to fully reflecting the high output and high-quality pipe extrusion

· Configured with the pipe mold which is suitable for large extrusion volume and ultra- thickness, is successfully solving the problem of thick wall pipe sagging

· Configured with a dedicated heavy-duty chip free cutting machine for ultra- thick wall pipes, to realize the smooth cutting of the ends of thick wall pipes

· Pipe range:  φ710 SDR41(×17.4)~φ1600 SDR13.6(×117.6)mm

· Max. cutting thickness: 150 mm

· Designed HDPE output: >1,800 kg/h
